Book a session with Master Yan
Sessions are available when Master Yan visits Markham — approximately three times per year, typically around March, July, and November, though timing varies. There is no advance notice — when he arrives, a message goes out that he is available for the next 3-4 weeks. If you want to see him, you need to be ready to fit it into your schedule at short notice. Let Alahnnaa know if you want to be on the notification list.

What to expect at a session with Master Yan: Sessions run 1-5pm. Plan to stay for a few hours so you can try the specialty tracks and experience some effects before you leave. Master Yan may send you home with charged TCM supplements (as many as he thinks you need, for as long as he thinks you need them, often 3-9 days) or specialty tracks (for up to 3 days), if you are able to return them when you time is up.
New clients are recommended to book 2 sessions in the same visit, in order for Master Yan to see if anything additional is needed to make treatment more effective.
There will often be reactions to treatment — especially from the supplements and specialty tracks — such as frequent need to use the bathroom, loose stool, tiredness, or aches and pains (especially in the joints), followed by a significant improvement that may or may not last. Please listen to your body. Do not make big plans for the night or the couple of days following treatment, so you can take care of yourself and integrate. If symptoms improve, change, or return, please communicate this with us — everyone is different, there may be more we can do.
Treatment works best when you are also willing to change what needs changing — integrating new habits, letting go of things that are making you or your child sick, and listening when the body says no. It is fine to take your time and go slowly. But returning to a difficult environment after treatment can be hard (especially on children), and this may make them more reliant on the specialty speakers — because they now know feeling better is an option.
Pricing to see Master Yan: Usually $150 per session (may include a few days of specialty tracks and supplements, based on availability, need, and ability to return on time). Many clients will see him every time he is in town for a visit.

Master Yan's Current Approach Last updated: August 2026

My experience is that he is really focusing on the emotions and negative thought patterns that drive illness. It is not so much the specific illness that is important, but something higher (or in the background).
For me, RestoreChi is more of an extension of Esogetic Medicine, so it's hard to know which modality is responsible for what. But I seem to understand my symptoms and emotions more after using his latest specialty speakers.
My (perimenopause-related) split lip and uterine discomfort have cleared, my sacroiliac pain is clearing, and my allergies have reduced a lot.
Underneath this, I realize how many things in life are like a tornado, and when things calm down, there is sadness, as my body adjusts to the shift in energy/information. The sadness is no longer something that I need to figure out or hold onto anymore. And, again, I don't know whether to credit all of this to Esogetics, or some of it to the new specialty tracks, but people who used to bother me, don't anymore.
These are Master Yan's current Specialty Tracks (available for rent or when seeing him in person):
4.1+ Specialty Track — software, release chill and the 5 poisons from the dan tians, no physical representation in the body (upgrade from 4.0, which didn't take into consideration the 3 levels: lower-body, mid-body, and upper-brain), now includes a safe version of Heart Fire (to bring up the person's natural essence once all the chill and dampness have been removed)

5.0 Specialty Track — an alternate version to 4.41, with an added focus on chill, dampness, sugar, and the 5 poisons in the hardware and Extraordinary Meridians
Placement of the speakers makes a big difference, guidance is required. Continuous use is recommended, so the issue has a chance to clear fully. No alcohol while using the speakers, as this can cause a physical reaction. It is also common for mood, motivation , and symptoms to get worse for a couple days, before things get better. Reach out if this happens, as there may be a way to use speaker placement to help you through it.
4.1+ is what Master Yan calls software (no physical representation, storage in the dantians), and 5.0 is what Master Yan calls hardware (physically represented by the organs)

What You Can Buy — Current Products
RestoreChi Water Energy Card (+ Dampness Release) — $100
The current water card. Clears dampness and restores yang.
Most people's underlying problem is too much chill. Chill lets in dampness, and dampness left unaddressed results in serious illness. By continuously removing dampness and restoring yang, the new card reverses symptoms and helps prevent illness from taking hold. The specialty tracks (below) go further — removing the source of the chill itself (currently targeting the sacral chakras, though this evolves with each of Master Yan's visits). Monthly tracks allow you to address organ-based chill on your own, which is already far more than most practitioners can offer — but the specialty tracks reach the background layer.
You get charged water into your body by placing the card under everything you drink, the water you cook or wash your food with, and under food that was not prepared by you. Even starting with just one of these things will improve your health. Integrating it more fully into your daily routine takes time — that's why RestoreChi is so beautiful, it gives you the time you need to change your life, but you still need to change your life, no patch will hold forever!
Your body adapts to consistent use and becomes strong enough to respond quickly when the card is temporarily absent. Some people will develop strong symptoms if they go without it for a few days — this is not dependence, it is the body doing its job. The card has been doing heavy lifting, and the body has had time to get strong enough to mount a swift response when the card is not taking out the garbage as it was before. They are willing partners in protecting your health together — the card supports both in a practical way by helping make it easier to clear garbage and by helping make the organs stronger. It's the whole "support the mother by getting her a babysitter so she doesn't have to worry about her kids while you are trying to help her heal" philosophy — present in TCM but even more so in Master Yan's healing philosophy.
The goal is always to use a go-between rather than touching the card directly to what you are charging — charge the water, then use the water to charge everything else. The tools listed in the equipment section exist for this reason. In life-and-death situations such as taping the card directly to a chemo bag, you sacrifice the card to reduce the yin load of treatment — but for daily use, protecting the card makes it last longer.
Using the card in a bath: Baths are most useful when things are already in very bad shape and dampness needs to be pulled out from everywhere — but they can cause severe detox symptoms. If there is time, or if baths are too much work, drinking and eating things charged with the new card (or spraying the body with charged water) is the better path for maintenance, prevention, and a slower, more tolerable detox. Not all sick people can handle added sickness to get garbage out — even if they are willing, why put them through it?
The new card can be used in a bath, but there are important rules to protect it. Remove the card from the water before you get in — if you bathe with the card still in the water, it will absorb your dampness and will no longer work. Use a net to retrieve the card — do not touch it with your hands when wet. Do not place cards under your feet in the shower — this is not effective and will kill the card. Because the new card is more powerful than the old card, the number needed for a bath may differ from before — consult with Master Yan or Alahnnaa to confirm what is right for your situation. Alahnnaa still uses her old cards for baths and saves her new ones for charging food and drink.
Note: some people experience initial detox symptoms (nausea and dizziness with baths, more frequent and loose stool and smelly or cloudy urine when ingesting charged food and liquid) when starting — this is the body clearing what it has been holding. It passes.
The card has approximately a 3-year shelf life if treated well. You can bring your card back to Master Yan to check whether it is still working.
Putting food on a tray (or drinks in a covered bin) with a card underneath allows you to charge more at once — the tray (or bin) holds the vibration and transfers it to everything on (or in) it.
Placing a cloth over medication, spraying it with RestoreChi charged water, letting it dry, and repeating this process for a total of 4 times, every month, can balance and remove excess yin. Anything produced at scale — medication, supplements, even leftover food — loses vitality over time. By the time it reaches the body it is often depleted and high in yin, which is frequently what causes unwanted side effects because the medication is so specialized to go right to a specific point in the body, sending yin there can be more devastating than the digestive issues we get from ingesting yin food. Restoring food or medication before ingesting reduces the accumulation of yin in the body, and reduces the unwanted side effects common with the medication we want to take for relief.
RestoreChi Water Card (original) — $75
The original water card is now recommended primarily for plants, which need dampness. The new card removes dampness — beneficial for human health but not ideal for plants.
For people who grow their own food, this is a significant opportunity. When you restore the water used to feed the plants you grow, and then eat that food, you are eating the most balanced and complete food available. Master Yan has taken this further — he is now measuring seeds before and after treatment for how full they are of all five elements, yang, and completeness on the higher dimensions that support the health of the one we live in. We sacrifice health because of the limits of what we can physically sense. An MP3 only holds the sounds we can hear — not the frequencies underneath that carry healing. Food may look good but most of our food is depleted of nutrients and very high in yin, which is why many of us feel food just sits in our stomach. It is not that the stomach is weak — the food is not digestible. Restoring water, charging seeds, working with the full spectrum rather than the compressed version — this is how we restore what has been broken when we assume life is only what we can sense, because health starts way further back than what most of us can perceive.
RestoreChi Cream — $100, 600ml
Pre-charged by Master Yan. For pain, wound healing, bites, burns, swelling, and even some lumps. Also helpful for nerve pain, surgical wounds, radiation burns, and diabetic skin issues. Itch is often yin (chill) — cream can help here too. Cream is thicker than water, so its effects last longer than spraying the skin with charged water. But, when the detox reaction to cream is intolerable, revert back to using sprayed charged water — useful for direct application to a specific area. There is also a face peptide cream (not for kids) mostly to tighten loose skin ($60, 100ml) and an intense spot treatment niacinamide cream for eczema, bug bites, rash ($40, 100gr)
FullHealing9 (FH9) — $200 (SD card with complementary small starter speaker — the SD card can be transferred to a bigger speaker for stronger effect, or to a new speaker if the starter speaker breaks)
For anyone who doesn't want to — or can't — manage navigating 80+ online tracks and just wants something general running continuously. FH9 is not connected to the internet. It can run 24/7 plugged into a room, or on the body during the day, plugged in beside the bed for charging at night. It provides steady, continuous, general maintenance.

For self and family treatment and maintenance between Master Yan visits. 80+ tracks covering a wide range of TCM organ systems and conditions. Many tracks exist because a client brought in a specific need — Master Yan created a track for them, and then it became available to everyone. Sleep disorders and the lung-spleen track are recent examples of this.

Retired products — where Master Yan's heart goes
These are no longer made but worth noting because they show the direction of the work:
RestoreChi Band — originally made for practitioners to avoid absorbing energy from clients during sessions. Master Yan no longer makes them as he is focused mostly on client care and research.
Charged toothpaste — Master Yan originally made this for himself to regrow gum. He now charges toothpaste for Alahnnaa and her children specifically — it resolved chronic cavities and nerve pain from an untreated tooth. He also balances dental appliances such as night guards to prevent severe reactions to products with too much yin. This is not available as a general product but demonstrates what is possible when you build a relationship with Master Yan.
Equipment Recommendations
For the Monthly Tracks:

A dedicated Amazon Fire Tablet — allows you to play tracks without having calls or other sounds come through to startle your body (as the volume will be turned up high, and the tracks work better, you can play more than one at a time, on an android tablet than they do on an iphone)

A small portable Bluetooth speaker with good bass and rounded edges that sit comfortably against the body — something like the Bose SoundLink Micro. Note: over time the on/off button on this model can fail, and very quiet tracks may cause the speaker to auto-off assuming nothing is playing. If you find a better solution, go for it.

Moko belts or similar — to attach the speaker to your body during the day or while sleeping
An environment is capable of healing you. The opposite is also true. Water Cards and FH9 can help turn your home or car into a place that actively supports your health rather than depleting it.
For the Water Cards:

A cool mist humidifier — place the card underneath so that the mist that comes out can heal eyes, soothe dryness, and contribute to a healthier environment overall

A continuous spray bottle — for charging water to spray on skin, medication, food, or surfaces, spraying the corners of rooms is very important as a lot of bad energy can get stuck there and make the room feel sick, it can also be helpful to regularly spray down the interior of an electric car and to run FH9 when driving to prevent the EMF from weakening your body

A flat tray and a large Tupperware bin — place the card underneath to charge multiple drinks or foods at once. The tray or bin holds the vibration and transfers it to everything on or in it.

Research
Research into RestoreChi is ongoing. What follows is a summary of current evidence — formal and observational — as it becomes available.
Microbiome and Water Molecular Size
A student of Master Yan is writing a thesis comparing microbiome (probiotics) grown in various types of water. The microbiome grown in water charged with the RestoreChi Water Energy Card (+ Dampness Release) is far more abundant than in uncharged water. This is because the molecular cluster size of water charged with the card is much smaller, making it better at penetrating cells, muscles, joints, and blood — to clear out waste and deliver nutrients more effectively. Drinking water with smaller molecular cluster size has been linked to communities with higher rates of longevity.
Cancer Rehabilitation
Close to 1,000 patients who received standard care for cancer (often surgery plus chemotherapy) attended a camp-style rehabilitation program with Master Yan. Participants showed increased white blood cell count, higher internal temperature, and better quality sleep. This is observational data shared by Master Yan directly — formal publication is pending.
Seed Vitality and the Five Elements
Master Yan is now measuring food seeds before and after treatment to evaluate how full each package is with the five elements, yang, and information on the higher dimensions. The goal is to determine whether treatment grows healthier, more vital food — and to understand what is missing from mass-produced seeds before they are planted.

How RestoreChi Works — For the Curious
A lot of people get caught up on "but how does it work". Here is an attempt to explain: RestoreChi is holographic healing, by intention, using TCM concepts. It works via a combination of quantum entanglement (where Master Yan literally places a representation of you or your organ, in the past, present, and future, in his hand, to examine the balance of yin, yang, chill, fire, dampness, at multiple dimensions, to see what is needed to restore balance and function) and how Dr Joe Dispenza was able to heal his back through medical visualization and intention. Through resonance, repeating a healthy pattern, the target will eventually adopt health/order over illness/disorder. Working through meridians, organs, and now the dimensions behind them — taking what is blocked to a higher level to be cleared. A combination of applied consciousness, TCM, and advanced physics, delivered through mainstream medium (such as water, cream, and technology/speakers). Even if this definition is hard to grasp, I hope it helps. Questions are welcome.
