Now create a short statement or intention that embodies the new strategy, that you would like to use, next time you are faced with a similar situation. 

Maybe this can serve as a reminder to you, about what you truly value and how you can take better care of yourself and others, now and in the future. 

 

Statements that start with "I AM …" tend to be the most powerful. 

 

Write down your statement/intention, and refer to it as often as needed
